Based on the standard electric Dot Peen Marking Machine, this marking machine uses a servo motor module and a rotating fixture with a planetary reducer, and is equipped with two movable buttons for customer operation. One set of switches is for automatic and manual gear switching and marking, and the other set is for controlling the up and down movement of the marking head in manual mode. This Dot Peen Marking Machine can be used for various types of markings with high aesthetics. For example, the Benchtop Electric Dot Peen Marking Machine in the figure is used by customers who want to mark the appearance texture and brand information on musical instruments such as brass horns, trumpets, tubas and trombones. The rotating fixture and auxiliary rotating bracket are fixed so that customers can flexibly change products. An additional digital display can be configured on the Z-axis column to display the distance between the current position and the initial position. After manually raising and lowering the marking head to the appropriate position, the screen display content can be directly entered into the software, and automatic marking can be started after alignment, avoiding the inconvenience and error of measuring with a tape measure.
